The River actress Tango Ncetezo who had been playing Paulina Dlomo on the Showmax drama series The River emotionally bids farewell to the show. Tango had been with The River since season 1 in 2018, and she had been one of the show’s most important characters. Many fans suggest that Tango was at some point why the show became one of the best in the country. Her skills had been special thanks to an excellent team of actors and producers whom she worked with for five years. She became a better actress as each episode of The River passed.

It’s fair to imagine many top stars leaving the show in the coming months, given the situation on The River. Only yesterday, the producers announced that The River would not be going past the current season 6. This means that many characters will be going out and at least seeking better security in their career. This is one of the reasons why the fan favourite Paulina is leaving the show.
