Zimbabwe Warriors midfielder/playmaker Andy Farai Rinomhota was born on 21 April 1997 in Leed, Yorkshire England.
His father is Zimbabwean and his mother is from Wales. Andy is currently in the books of Cardiff City and plays in the EFL Championship.
Rinomhota started his professional football career with AFC Portchester in 2014 where he managed to play 30 games and scored 11 goals.

He had a decent stint with Portchester that attracted interest from Reading and it offered him two weeks trials where he managed to prove his potential.
Reading finally snatched Andy from Portchester and he became the key player in the midfield where he once outclassed some great players.
He played against Manchester United in the Carabao Cup and he showed his quality.

During his playing time at Reading, Andy managed to play 125 games and he scored 3 goals. He had a decent performance while at Reading.
In the 2022 transfer window, Cardiff City came knocking at Reading for Andy’s signature while offering decent money.
Andy Farai Rinomhota joined Cardiff City where he managed to play 40 games without a goal till now.
Rinomhota was first added to Zimbabwe’s 2018 COSAFA provisional squad but he was dropped because he was supposed to denounce the British passport.
