Multi-award-winning Nigerian actor John Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu, is making headlines after reportedly embroiling in a daring relationship with his adopted daughter, Jasmine Okafor.
He has been topping trends in the backdrop of the news. Viral WhatsApp voice notes believed to be from the actor have been making rounds on social media.

No doubt, the voice notes have since gained thousands of comments and reactions since they dropped on the internet.
The allegations come barely a year after Stella Maris, Mr Ibu’s wife, had made allegations in an online rant last year.

Against the allegations, the seasoned actor rubbished the claims that saw him topping trends for the wrong reasons. On the other hand, his daughter denied the allegations.
An alleged conversation between them has reportedly leaked and has since fueled the rumour again. However, little is known about the originality of the video and when it was taken.

HEALTH WOES
The news comes barely a few weeks after Mr Ibhu had his leg amputated. Against the news, his family confirmed the news of his leg amputation.
The actor left his fans worried after it was revealed that he had a health scare. However, little was known about the severity of his medical condition.

A confirmed statement revealed that the doctors had no choice but to sever the limb “to keep him alive.”
Part of the statement reads, “This development has been hard on us all, but we’ve had to accept it as Daddy’s new reality.”
However, the family has yet to confirm the cause of the illness that led to Mr Ibu’s leg amputation.
