Ginimbi’s Domboshava mansion was as luxurious as its owner’s lifestyle.
The mansion, located in Nyamande Village under Chief Chinhamora in Domboshava, was built excellently.
Born Genius Kadungure, the late Ginimbi was the chairman of Piko Trading Holdings, Genius Foundation’s founder and Club Sankayi’s owner.

His house was the most beautiful and expensive in Domboshava.
Ginimbi rose to fame on social media, well known for his luxurious cars and lifestyle.

Looking at its outside appearance, there is no doubt that Ginimbi’s expensive mansion is the most enormous in Domboshava.
The double-storey mansion is located 39km away from Harare CBD.
It sits on 4 acres big enough to accommodate 54 houses in the high-density suburbs of Harare.
The interior of the house is equally impressive. Its ground floor has a reception, a large beautiful kitchen and a luxurious lounge.

The ground floor also has an expensive, fully equipped gym.
The guest bedrooms and an entire guest wing are well-furnished, separated from the main house by a series of garages.
The mansion also has a 14-seater-of-the-art cinema on the ground floor.
A flight of stairs leads to more bedrooms, including the main bedroom.
The main bedroom was Genius Kadungure’s own private office. The mansion is said to have six large bedrooms. It is flawlessly designed.
Its large windows brought in natural light. The mansion’s gardens include all-weather basketball as well as a tennis court.
In the middle of lawns and flowerbeds sits a beautifully designed fish pond.
Late Ginimbi’s mansion is constructed from premium building materials. Its owner was buried at his mansion.
WHAT’S NEXT FOR LATE GINIMBI’S MANSION?
At first, Zodwa Mkandla, his widow, was set to inherit his mansion.
Zodwa was said to have claimed ownership of the mansion.
However, after all the effort put in by Zodwa to inherit the property, Nelia Kadungure Ginimbi’s sister inherited the luxurious legacy.

Rumour mill postulates that the luxurious Domboshava mansion will be turned into a tourist resort.
It was said to be the late Ginimbi’s wish for his mansion to be turned into a tourist resort.
However, it is unknown when the mansion will be turned into a tourist resort.
