Jilted Micheal Ndoro Complains About Ex-Wife Precious Star Jenami’s Abuse Through Prosecution

Prominent businessman Micheal Ndoro has written a letter to the acting Prosecutor General Mr Nelson Mutsonziwa complaining about his ex-wife Precious Star Jenami’s alleged abuse of the criminal justice system through certain malcontents within the National Prosecution Authority in relation to certain cases.

Ndoro requested that the NPA launch an investigation into these cases as it would appear that there has been deliberate oversight to continue to harass him and his partner using the judiciary system to bring about charges on matters that are frivolous at the expense of their reputation and wastage of State resources.

Ndoro was incarcerated by the misuse of Form 242 (copy attached) on 6 September 2022 in relation to one of these cases1. The matter has continued to be postponed every month since September until now and a date has been set for trial on 7 March 2023 by the prosecution.

Mr Ndoro further stated that this is in total disregard of an order issued by Mrs. Justice Chirawu-Mugomba on 24 May 2019 at the High Court-Case HC4300/19 which clearly states that “The respondent (Precious Star Jenami) be and hereby ordered to stop instituting other legal proceedings to do with companies in which both parties have an interest in until the divorce matter in this case number HC 9611/18 is finalised”.

Mr Ndoro said he wanted a review of this case by the NPA to determine its legal standing and whether there has been a violation or Contempt of Court

“I register my complain against vexatious litigant – Precious Star Jenami regarding the manner in which she has sought to abuse the criminal justice system using certain malcontents within the National Prosecution Authority in the above referenced matters/cases.”

” As you can infer from case number CR150/02/22 CRB9229/22, this matter was reported in February 2022 by Precious Star Jenami at Avondale Police Station.

“With regards Case CR 105/06/22 were the litigant again is Precious Star Jenami in her attempt to accuse me of Contempt of Court with regards to a Domestic Violence Case DV 87/19 this matter was heard by the Provincial Prosecutor in Goromonzi Magistrate Court sometime in October 2022′ said Ndoro in his letter
