Born in in Mpumalanga, South Africa on the 27th of June 1995, Karabo will be turning 28 years old. As a young boy, Karabo always wanted to be an actor and it seemed that art runs in his family. He always played with his big sister Tsholofelo, fortunately, they are now both on the professional stage.

With the frustration of being rejected by her husband, Karabo’s mother had so much determination and commitment to educate her kids. She went through a lot but she made sure that all her children are well educated.
As of Karabo, he did his primary education in Kwandebele before he moved to Middleburg where he did his secondary education. For his tertiary education, the 34 year old star erolled and graduated with a degree in Business Management at the University of Johanesburg.

Karabo started his career during his days at the University when he won the Mr Bunting modelling contest. Since then he becane a collage star and thet improved his chances of success after collage.
After winning the Mr Bunting contest, he auditioned to be a TV Presenter for Craz-E. His sister who was already a TV presenter helped him with special skills and he passed the auditions. With Craz-E, he showed Mzansi how good he was and that gave birt to his fame in 2015. After Craz-E, he joined ShizNiz when he replaced popular presenter Mpho Sebeng.
Later that year in 2015, he scooped his first television deal when he joined etv telenovela Isipho as a starring actor. He stayed with Isipho until 2019 upon cancellation of the show. A year later in 2020, he joined SABC 1’S longest running telenovela Generations the Legacy playing the Luyolo role of a medical doctor with dreadlocks.
Desoite being a success in acting and Tv presenting, Maseko has a deep passion for music. On his extra time he is always singing. Despite not having any professional piece yet recorded, Karabo sees himself as a musician one day. He has since started an Acapella group together with some of his friends.
